AUTOMATED SCRAPING, ROBOT ACCESS, AND UNAUTHORIZED AGGREGATION NOTICE

1. Purpose of This Notice
This Automated Scraping & Robot Access Notice (“Notice”) establishes the rules governing automated access to the website operated by CHARLES DEMICHER (“Company,” “we,” “us”). It exists to protect the integrity of the Site, the Demicher heritage and identity, the Company’s intellectual property, and all associated content from unauthorized automated extraction, harvesting, or replication.

This Notice applies to all automated systems, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, indexers, AI training systems, and any software or hardware designed to access, copy, or aggregate Site content without explicit written permission.

2. Prohibited Automated Activities

automated monitoring or surveillance of Site updates

training AI models on Site content

aggregating or republishing Site content

bypassing or circumventing technical access controls

using headless browsers or automated tools to simulate human interaction

Any automated access not explicitly permitted in writing is strictly prohibited.

3. Protection of Heritage, Identity, and Intellectual Property
The following are expressly protected from automated extraction or replication:

the Demicher Coat of Arms (1686)

the Canadian Heraldic Authority registered Coat of Arms

all heraldic symbols, designs, and derivative works

the Demicher family heritage narrative

the identity and name CHARLES DEMICHER and all derivatives

brand identifiers, slogans, and consulting descriptors

written content, leadership philosophy, and narrative identity

images, graphics, and digital assets

proprietary consulting frameworks and methodologies

Automated systems may not copy, store, analyze, or reproduce any of these elements.

4. Unauthorized Aggregation and AI Training Prohibited
No individual, entity, or automated system may:

aggregate Site content

compile or republish Site content

use Site content to train machine learning or AI models

incorporate Site content into datasets

use Site content for commercial intelligence or competitive analysis

create derivative works based on Site content

This includes both direct scraping and indirect harvesting through third?party tools or services.

5. Technical and Legal Enforcement
The Company employs technical measures to detect and block unauthorized automated access, including but not limited to:

IP blocking

rate limiting

bot detection systems

behavioral analysis

digital fingerprinting

access pattern monitoring

Violations of this Notice may result in:

immediate blocking of access

cease?and?desist orders

civil claims for damages

injunctive relief

claims under copyright, trademark, and unfair?competition laws

claims under anti?hacking and anti?circumvention statutes

The Company reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Authorized Access
Automated access may be permitted only with prior written authorization from the Company. Authorization must be:

explicit

written

signed

granted by the Company

revocable at any time

No implied or assumed permission exists.

7. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of this Notice does not constitute a waiver of any rights.
