Symbolic & Heraldic Usage Restriction Notice
The symbols, heraldic elements and visual identifiers associated with the
House of Demicher are protected components of lineage and identity.
Their use is restricted and governed by the terms outlined below.
Protected Heraldic Elements
The following elements are protected and may not be used without authorization:
- coats of arms, crests and heraldic devices;
- lineage?based symbols, marks and insignia;
- visual motifs derived from historical or ancestral records;
- any graphical representation implying noble or familial affiliation.
Prohibited Uses
No person or entity may:
- display heraldic elements in a manner implying endorsement or affiliation;
- use symbols for commercial branding, merchandise or institutional identity;
- modify, distort or create derivative heraldic works;
- register heraldic elements as trademarks or marks of any kind;
- use symbols in political, commercial or representational contexts.
Authorized Use
Any authorized use must be granted in writing by the House of Demicher and must adhere
to strict guidelines preserving accuracy, dignity and historical integrity.
Heraldic Integrity
Heraldic elements are expressions of lineage and identity. Unauthorized use constitutes
misrepresentation and may result in corrective or legal action.
