“TOGETHER WE ACHIEVE TEAM GOALS & GOALS OF EACH TEAM MEMBER”
Heritage of the House of Demicher
The House of Demicher stands on centuries of stewardship, responsibility and sovereign identity. From the gold mines and vineyards of the Slovak–Hungarian Crown Lands, to the industrial and agricultural development of the Czech regions, to modern global systems architecture, the lineage has carried one enduring ethos: build what endures and uplift the communities we touch.
Lineage & Historical Continuity
The Coat of Arms granted to Valentino Demicher by Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I in 1686 forms an important chapter in the family’s history, recognizing leadership, integrity and protection of communities during the Great Turkish War.
Yet the Demicher heritage predates Habsburg recognition, extending into earlier French origins, Central European stewardship and Czech industrial development.
As heir, Charles Demicher has established the modern Demicher Coat of Arms to reflect the full continuity of the lineage. The Habsburg arms remain a respected subset of the House’s history, and any future collaboration with that house or its institutions
would be framed as an alliance between sovereign lineages.
Symbolism of the House
The House’s symbolism reflects its triad of intelligence:
- Lion — instinctive strength
- Eagle — strategic vision
- Crane — inner clarity
The historical Habsburg-granted Coat of Arms remains a respected chapter of the lineage and is preserved within the House’s archival identity.
A new House of Demicher Coat of Arms, reflecting the lineage’s pre-Habsburg origins and full historical continuity, is currently in development. It will be introduced once finalized and formally registered.
The existing heraldic registration with the Government of Canada Heraldry Department preserves the family’s identity across
jurisdictions and eras, while the forthcoming design will complete the lineage’s sovereign representation.
The modern Coat of Arms is formally registered with the Government of Canada Heraldry Department, preserving the family’s identity across jurisdictions and eras.
The Missing Imperial Document
The original 17th-century imperial document — a large, gold-ink grant bearing the historic arms — was preserved in the family home for decades. Its current whereabouts are under review, and efforts are underway to ensure its rightful return to the House of Demicher.

- modern industrial and technological expansion
Continuity of Ethos
